Showed up with a bad altenator was told they have no battery charger or tech that can work on it.Was charged 150$ for nothing Management was blaming the previous manager and on the phone gossiping about customers.Very unprofessional and no knowledge of the trade.Avoid this place if you can.The manager was rude from the start,I dont know if its monetary incentive to get this particular managment.It was definitely not due to knowledge or customer service.
Come in on 01-10-26 to get tires replaced on my trailer and semi. The staff were very professional and helpful to get me back on the road highly recommend this place.
Southern tire is a very good company and I have no problem at all when it comes to getting a tire fixed.
They take care my every needs and very good reasonable prices....Just got my DOT Inspection today with no line no wait I very much recommend Southern Tire Mart...
Stopped today with 2 flat right rear trailer tires that wouldn't auto inflate. Had just picked trailer up at Coors. Took them 15-20 minutes to get the problem fixed and me rolling. Sure hope y'all keep opening new shops. Great job and thanks a bunch
