I stopped for fuel at Pilot in Corsicana,Tx, and noticed one of my drive tires had to be replaced. There is a Southern Tire Mart there and they provided the best, most efficient service I have ever experienced at a truck stop. Sarah, and her technicians, Felipe,Joseph and Jeff were all awesome to work with.. They got me right in and my tire replaced within an hour. I was so impressed with the service I was provided. Thank you for turning a stressful situation for me, into a pleasant one. GREAT JOB!
Felipe and Sarah were awesome! They didn't have the tire I needed for my SUV but Sarah provided great customer service and Felipe drove me to the tire shop to get the tire I needed! Once we got back to the shop I was on the road in now time. Quality service, highly recommend!!!
Jeff was the best tech I’ve ever dealt with! Very professional and efficient! My eta was 10p he came at 9p and was done before 10p. One man crew, changed my steer tire by his self in less time than some teams have in the past! Whatever y’all are paying Jeff, he’s under paid and he needs a raise! 10 star service!
Came in for a DOT inspection and I got taken right away at noon. Everything was great from the tech to the front desk. The loss of star was due to them not really being familiar with the RTS discount code on the app. Training would probably help for future costumers. Other than that I would come back for sure. Ken was great!
Sarah is the best she help me out fast and efficient I am from California and this was my best experience at a truck tire shop ask for Sarah when you go 🙏🏿
