Total rip off tried to charge me $1300 for a part that cost $825. Then lied to me about it, and tried to tell me that freightliner charges them more than anybody else. I talked to freightliner about this and they told me they didn’t know anything about it. Now I’m questioning with our really needed the kingpins or the Tyrod, they told me I needed. The tire rod was the part that only cost $825 at Freightliner. Completely dishonest run as far away from this place as you can
Wasted right at 3hrs trying to get a tire fixed. Was pulled into a bay at 1220pm and at 2pm they had not even touched the tire. When I inquired as to how much longer it would be I was told that they were waiting on some cartridges for another truck in another bay. Apparently time & personnel management is something this particular location isn't familiar with. Don't waste your money on alignment here. They don't know anything about it. One mechanic said One thing another said different. A cashier has no idea what you are talking about.
They are stealing my money they charge me for front tire alignment tie rod 1486$ before they told me total 1800$ tie rod was 700$ they told me tie rod was1200$ my truck was still the same I did alignment again in Tennessee
These guys are amazing!!!!!!!! I stopped to get my annual DOT done on the tractor, they got me right in and out in record time. By saying don't think they weren't efficient, because they were. The tech/ mechanic (Micheal) even put hose dividers on because he saw my air hoses showed signs of rubbing. They are very professional and friendly ( Kirsten in the front) I will be stopping here again
