I can't say enough good things about this place. Josh and his crew were super helpful to me in a time of need. They were thorough, knowledgeable and took their time to properly install and balance my tires as well as doing a front end inspection! I will be returning to have more work done. It's hard to find a place that actually cares about their customers and their safety. Great Job guys and Happy Holidays!!
This location was a vibe. The people here were cool and interactive with their customers in a way that felt like a friendship. They didn’t just throw parts at my bill hoping to clear a code like most TA mechanics do. They actually said, “we don’t want to charge for anything you don’t need” and then told me it’s best to take my semi to freightliner. I’m not very very fond of writing reviews but I was so convinced to do that in my experience today at this site. My truck tire was flat and went to this place I met Chris Wilson. I was welcomed with open arms. He patiently came out to observe my tractor. His eyes were all over my truck. He offered me coffee and told me that they will take care of everything. We got a flat tire going thru Indiana going to see family. Nate, Hunter and the crew at Southern Tire were awesome! They repaired our tire at no charge and said happy holidays, go enjoy your family. Their service, coffee and hospitality was A1. They made a stressful situation tolerable. A big thank you!!!
