“I had an amazing high-service experience last weekend at Southern Tire Mart at Pilot in Brazil, Indiana. While traveling from Indianapolis to St. Louis, my rental car developed a leak in the left front tire. I can't say enough good things about this place. Josh and his crew were super helpful to me in a time of need. They were thorough, knowledgeable and took their time to properly install and balance my tires as well as doing a front end inspection! I will be returning to have more work done. It's hard to find a place that actually cares about their customers and their safety. Great Job guys and Happy Holidays!!
This location was a vibe. The people here were cool and interactive with their customers in a way that felt like a friendship. They didn’t just throw parts at my bill hoping to clear a code like most TA mechanics do. They actually said, “we don’t want to charge for anything you don’t need” and then told me it’s best to take my semi to freightliner.
