Stay away from these thieves. They took my money and didn't even put on my tires, just put on the rims on my truck and ran away. When I called them again to say that your mechanic left without doing the work, Kim threw my phone in my face. They charged me 510 dollars. Im attaching the picture as well
“I had an amazing high-service experience last weekend at Southern Tire Mart at Pilot in Brazil, Indiana. While traveling from Indianapolis to St. Louis, my rental car developed a leak in the left front tire. Budget could not provide any service (without a promised hour’s wait), but finally suggested that if I took it to a tire store, they would “consider” paying for either a new tire or fixing the existing one. Stopped by for a windshield wiper, and Chris took such good care of me. It wasn't a huge job, but I couldn't repair it so it was major to me! He was an absolute blessing in disguise and I appreciate his courtesy. It's the small things that make or break a company, and they are truly lucky to have Chris!!
