I cannot give this company enough praise for their excellent service. I was on a road trip and had about 6 more hours to go and my tire pressure light came on. We searched for the nearest tire shop and Southern Tire Mart came up. I was a walk in with a low tire pressure light and they immediately assisted me and actually took the time to inspect the tire and not just fill it up. This tire shop has the best customer service! I got a flat tire on the interstate. Pulled off to a local gas station, the very kind tech came to me, put my spare on, had me follow him to the shop, repaired my tire, replaced it, put the spare back in place, and sent me on my way. I traveled all over Brazil IN to get a screw removed and my tire patched. I was just about to give up, when I saw the Southern Tire Mart at Pilot in a Google map search result, so I thought I would give them a try. Please believe all of the positive reviews -- you know, the quick service and the friendly, professional, helpful, knowledgeable staff and reasonable prices. They just exceeded all of my expectations and I'm sure that they will try to exceed all of yours.
Austin, Chris, James, snd Savannah did an awesome job in helping get our Peterbilt 389 back on the road. Austin who performed the diagnostics and most of the repair did went above and beyond and did a phenomenal job! Will definitely be back and highly recommend this shop! On September 6th, I was traveling with my 3 children from Ohio to Texas, headed to start a new life for us. I had stopped to get gas & notice my left driver side tire was losing air. I attempted to put air in it but it wasn’t working. I began panicking just a little bit until I realized there was a tire shop nearby. I received very fast & efficient service from Hunter.
