I stopped in with a flat tire on my little Ford Expedition, fully expecting to pay for a repair, but they went above and beyond just to help me out. Even though they’re set up for big 18-wheelers, they didn’t hesitate to take care of me too. They fixed my tire quickly and wouldn’t even let me pay — just said they were happy to help. Just wanted to say you all was awesome. When I called I was just over a hour away and y’all said it might be a 4 hour wait for 2 trailer tires and to check and see why my hub was leaking. I get here and y’all ended up pulling me in right away. And I ended up getting 4 tires instead of 2 and the hub was leaking because the bolts started back out because it was properly installed. The guys did a great job and repaired two wheels in 30 minutes.
Clueless, shop with 2 full time employee, trainer on site, and no one there was aware of what a gearbox is.. They actually called their boss, and he asked if the gear box had a lipstick? So, how safe would you feel knowing this group took off and reinstalled any of your wheels?
Do not do not do ALIGNMENT HERE. Went in at 10am for an alignment and the guy that changes tires did the alignment and he knew how to measure but didn't know how to adjust and said wait for the mechanic to show up at 1pm. 8 pm and mechanic not there yet. Guy from second shift said he will reposition my steering wheel and will fix the alignment and he broke my clockspring that cost $200 for the part only. Stay away they are thieves
