STM has lost their way. Used to be a good company. No accountability. Truckers, you better know the specs of the tire and what size rim they're putting on your truck. They won't check and when you have a failure they'll fight and argue with you. I'm speaking from experience. Very little training. Thanks Southern Tire Mart for not having our backs like you did before the massive expansion. Techs knew their trade inside and out. Not any more

Want to thank the two mechanics who work at the shop unfortunately I didn’t get there names Both were younger guys who got right to it Unfortunately I didn’t realize that I pumped 32 gallons of gas in my truck which is a diesel engine so I called the shop and they came right out and they drained the tank and fuel lines and had me back up and on the road again in no time. Even recommended products to add to the fuel tank that would help out with any remaining gas in the system. Made it back home with no issues. Great mecha... read more
Driver be careful this place southern tires ,they don't fixed tires they sell tires even minor issue When you're in, you have to buy new tires They responded to my review, but they lay I have a new truck that will tell my truck air pressure and don't need a new tire, but they force me to buy it because they don't want to repair it As soon I saw my pressure warning, I stopped this place that was my mistake because I should go to the loves truck stop
Hi, before you repair here or change wheels, be careful, they cheat me, they cheated me. I changed eight rear wheels here and wanted to do it for you. They cheated me. They just cheated me during the day, because they connected the device for you to walk. In 5 minutes they removed it and said that they did it. I argued a little, but I didn't have time, so I paid and left.
