Want to thank the two mechanics who work at the shop unfortunately I didn’t get there names Both were younger guys who got right to it Unfortunately I didn’t realize that I pumped 32 gallons of gas in my truck which is a diesel engine so I called the shop and they came right out and they drained the tank and fuel lines and had me back up and on the road again in no time. Had a blowout on trailer about 10 miles north. Southern tire mart was called for road service. In a little over an hour first guy showed up without the tire and had to go back to the shop. 45 minutes later a second guy shows up, looks at the wheel and tells me he has to go back to the shop and get a air chuck and plyers. Another 30 minutes the second guy shows back up. After 30 more minutes he finally got the wheels off. Good help must be hard to find.
These folks care about the drivers. They work for your you to help get you back on the road asap! Thanks to Jon and his team. Awesome shop! For all your trucking needs! I use them all the time.
Driver be careful this place southern tires ,they don't fixed tires they sell tires even minor issue When you're in, you have to buy new tires They responded to my review, but they lay I have a new truck that will tell my truck air pressure and don't need a new tire, but they force me to buy it because they don't want to repair it As soon I saw my pressure warning, I stopped this place that was my mistake because I should go to the loves truck stop
Was woken up at 2000 because I was parked "in there reserved shop spots." When asked why they didn't have the area corded off, I was told that they had cones but drivers would steal them. There's no indication that the 10 spots they "have" reserved are for the shop with the exception of red paint for the 1st 3 spot. I didn't park in those thinking they were for the shop.
