This happened today, January 8th, 2026. I had a mud flap come off so they had on on in 30 minutes while being busy. My work Comdata card didn't work to pay for it so cashier said I was good to go, no charge. These people are great that work there, what impressive service, give them your business, they are on it. STM has lost their way. Used to be a good company. No accountability. Truckers, you better know the specs of the tire and what size rim they're putting on your truck. They won't check and when you have a failure they'll fight and argue with you. I'm speaking from experience. Very little training. Thanks Southern Tire Mart for not having our backs like you did before the massive expansion. Techs knew their trade inside and out. Not any more
These guys rock! I dealt with 2 people, Tyler and Eric. Both of these guys were super kind and very helpful. Great business and I highly recommend!
Driver be careful this place southern tires ,they don't fixed tires they sell tires even minor issue When you're in, you have to buy new tires They responded to my review, but they lay I have a new truck that will tell my truck air pressure and don't need a new tire, but they force me to buy it because they don't want to repair it As soon I saw my pressure warning, I stopped this place that was my mistake because I should go to the loves truck stop
This shop has bad customer service and they want sell tires to you or they won’t do job. My trailer tire was leaking I got to this shop waited 1 hr then they checked it and told me there is nail they can’t fix that area I have to replace. and told them I have 3 spare tires I showed 2 tires he told me it’s low and tread they can’t install it. then the 3rd tire is like new and I showed the tech then he said sorry they going to put back my leaking tire after 1 hr 30 min wait.
