These men are literal lifesavers. We were on our way home from Orlando when our tire pressure suddenly dropped rapidly. I jumped on my phone and found Southern Tire Mart. Thankfully we were only 1.5 miles away and were able to limp our car in. We were met with the most HELPFUL, KIND man who was more than willing to help us get our spare on. They wouldn’t even accept any payment- it’s amazing to know good people still exist. So grateful to them and highly recommend for anyone in need of tires/tire repair!
GREAT Customer service at this place. The guy Larry who I believe runs the place and the technician, Mike are top notch!! We had an issue with our truck that caused us to go into limp mode. Even know they knew diagnosing the truck would take longer then the the time they had left before closing, they did that anyway and fixed the issue to get us back on the road and it was well over closing time. They did a excellent job on fixing a problem that reoccurred after having it fixed in Monteagle,Tn.Or I thought it was fixed.Quick repair and done right.The picture is before the repair.
