I had our company tech. Come out to replace 2 tires. That was bad at the flying Jay had both of them off by the time that the employees From Southern tire mart came out and started harassing him. They were in a heated argument for 20 minutes. As they threatened to put us both in jail and in pound, both vehicles to the point where our technician got fed up and said, have them do it. Came in due needing our trailer ABS and suspension to be fixed and the whole crew was awesome. Mr. Chris stayed late to help us to get up and running, which we will forever appreciate. He was courteous, informative, and worked as quickly as possible. He kept us up to date on anything that had changed, what he was doing, and if the company had reached out. 10/10 would come back to this location.
Southern tire mart runs a very disciplined and professional operation. One of the first things I noticed was the shop cleanliness. No trash, all tools are in order and everything was very well kept. Chris the mechanic was locked in and sharp, professional and honest. No wasted motion just real diagnostics and straight answers. Man when I'm telling you these are some hard working people. I mean it. My company made me pick up a POS trailer that had bad brakes, a bad tire, a broken flat tire indicator light, and hanging air lines. Basically a new trailer would do it. I didn't know it was as bad as it was until they took it apart. The anchor bolts for the brake shoes seized in and the boys were in the bay banging away for hours to get the job done.
