Want good quick service. Avoid this place. Got here just before 10am for an oil change. Was the first one to pull into the shop. Left after 1pm. Missed my pickup cause they took so dam long. They didn’t even bother cleaning up all the fuel and oil they spilled all over the frame and front bumper. Fuel system was primed. Got to the trailer shut off and the truck wouldn’t start. Had an air leak by one of the fittings at the air line on the truck, i asked if the guys can come check it out, the gentlemen found one fitting loose, fixed it and the issue was solved, he did not charge any for. So nice people at this Tire Mart, 10/10, thank you a lot!
Good folks on the later afternoon shift. Unfortunately, the guy behind the counter beforehand wasn't realistic with his estimated time frame. He told me 3hrs when it ended up being 6½ before I was called in. Once in the crew I actually delt with were spot on. Peyton, Chase, & the other gent are stellar & honest. Exactly the way it should be.
I have NEVER seen anything like this before. This is truly a family. For an diesel repair company, these guys were genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly they did it with a smile. HATS OFF to the best crew in the commercial industry. Thank you Drew, Josh, Daniel, Austin, Kaden, and Ryan. You guys are the BEST!!!! Keep up the good work. GOD bless each of you and your families.
The guys here at this shop are great! They go above and beyond to help you in anyway they can including doing research to help you find a part elsewhere. Also like a year ago with a quick repair (taking off an auto inflate system) and airing up my tire and didn’t charge. They good work and try to get you in and out quickly. Great job guys!!
