One the of the best if not the best best shop I ever dealt with thank you guys you were awesome !
We were about half-way home on an 800-mile on I-70. The front right tire on our minivan failed while on the highway and we limped into Effingham, looking for help. We saw the sign for the Goodyear truck store right behind the Pilot facility. About 2:00 PM. The shop manager and his crew helped us out in sourcing a replacement tire, and had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. We called them to see how late they were open. The gentleman who answered the phone said they were open till 5:30 so I told them I was on the way, got there at 5:10 and they were closed.
Fast and easy, not like TA or loves
The guys really have no customer service at all, took a while to get a tire changed over all no bad.just not a 5 star
