Great service great price. They replaced 8 dry rotting drives with name brand new tires. Had me in and out in under an hour and better price than anywhere else I had called.
They aren’t Goodyear anymore they are Southern Tire Mart @ Pilot. I love this Southern Tire Mart @ Pilot has the best customer service in the business!
The service here is top notch. Took care of my flat tire and got me back on the road in no time.
One of my drive tires blew out right before I got to this exit. I pulled in and Don came out and checked my tires out. He told me i need 2 tires. Then don notice I need another one. Honestly I'd try to find a smaller mom and pop shop if I had my choice. My driver needed to get a brake shoe fixed (found a crack) on the road so he elected to go to Goodyear in South Beloit. I feel their hourly rate at $208/hour is highway robbery and taking advantage of truckers. I had this SAME repair made at a different shop (see attached invoices) a few days before on a different brake and the cost was about half, and it took them half the time as Goodyear.
