Came in for a used drive tire. Improperly jacked my truck up and it fell off the Jack. They blew my air bag and bent/ cracked the bracket that supports the air bag. Just looking at that bracket would tell you it isn’t meant to be a lift point. Cost me 5 hours and a days pay. Not to mention the money lost by my company since I had to cancel the load because of incompetent improperly trained “mechanics” -there were two of them lifting the truck by the way. They both thought that was a good idea. Still paid for tire.

the service is really fast, 40 minutes in total to announce, change the tire and leave! Thank you so much

Goodyear has decided to block the circular drive way parking lot which circles around to the pilot diesel pumps to make it more difficult on us drivers which is I guess there right and I personally won’t be using this Goodyear location just for that reason I will go next door to speedco I have never seen a business try to make it harder on us drivers

Was driving truck 70mph in the right lane, had one of your drivers pass me then slow down in front of my semi truck for no reason down to 50mph on the interstate when I had no out to get around him then proceeded to flip me off and continue to be an obstruction in traffic until he pull off to the exit to this location. Whoever that employee is, is going to end up causing an accident or end up in the hospital for his actions on the interstate.

As an owner operator I can truly say I appreciate these guys they got me in and out within one hour… I got two steer tires put on and I have no complaints
