Everyone is very helpful and caring. I love my doctors. I have 2 and love my therapist! The front desk people are great. They are always so extra friendly and don't mind printing things for you that you may need.(Appointments doc orders. Ect.) Great place to have mental and physical health care at the same place.
This is where I go for traditional Western medical care. The facility is clean yet fragrance free. The vibe is calm. The people are kind and competent. I like that they serve people with AIDS. I’m grateful that I’m HIV negative and there are better drugs for those who are.
Dr. Toews is my PCP in the Southwest Care Harkle Clinic. Although, as a lay person, I cannot talk about her qualifications as a physician, I can say that she shows attentive listening skills, strong and careful diagnostic ability in addition to a profound capacity of empathy. I feel that she cares deeply about my health and is a very good coordinator for my interaction with specialized physicians.
I absolutely love this facility they treat you like an actual human being. This facility has literally saved my life and it's not just with the services they provide but the staff that they employ really do care about the well-being and betterness of their clients. If you've ever been treated like a number then I suggest coming here to be treated like a human. All the way from the front desk to the labs and the case management team. If I could rate higher than five stars I would.
I’ve been a patient at SWCC since 2016 and I can’t tell you how grateful I am that they are here, in Santa Fe. In a rural state, healthcare is not always guaranteed and I just can’t imagine not having them. I also love that the pharmacy is right next door to the Harkle location. The services provided are broad and even psychotherapy has been absolutely incredible to have access to! Thank you, SWCC!
