Everyone is very helpful and caring. I love my doctors. I have 2 and love my therapist! The front desk people are great. They are always so extra friendly and don't mind printing things for you that you may need.(Appointments doc orders. Ect.) Great place to have mental and physical health care at the same place.
I’ve just started with Southwest care. The staff is friendly and efficient. My new care provider Andrew was clear and present. He listened intently to the kind of care I want for myself. I can tell he’s going to be a very valuable partner in my healthcare team. Dr. Toews is my PCP in the Southwest Care Harkle Clinic. Although, as a lay person, I cannot talk about her qualifications as a physician, I can say that she shows attentive listening skills, strong and careful diagnostic ability in addition to a profound capacity of empathy. I feel that she cares deeply about my health and is a very good coordinator for my interaction with specialized physicians.
Great service by Southwest Care and Dr. Eric. We are headed to Africa for a safari and went in for travel vaccinations. Dr. Eric was very thorough in reviewing all of the countries we will be visiting, recommended vaccinations, and the health topics that we need to be aware of. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I feel we are well protected for our upcoming travel.
I had a wonderful experience at my last appointment. I met with Debra, the nutritionist. I wasn’t really convinced that I needed nutritional counseling; but I was looking forward to the experience, a first for me. Debra did not disappoint. She listened closely and had truly constructive suggestions, which she delivered in a friendly professional manner. I’m anxious to try things she suggested. I left feeling very positive about my diet and about my overall health. I hope I am able to see her again!
