I had an appointment with an intaker named Liz. She only talked to me for about 10 minutes instead of the 1 hour because she said the staff forgot to send me a form I was supposed to fill out before the appointment. I filled out other forms indicating suicidal ideation, chronic insomnia and severe diagnosis throughout the last 30 years including BPD.
