Medical problems with pain are devastating for us, and cause great stress in our lives and families. I am extremely appreciative of the team at Southwest Pain Center for successfully getting me through the multiple steps of a 6 week long treatment process required by professional medical standards and also insurance requirements. The very brief wait times for the multiple steps were appreciated. The many steps were not easy for me, but this amazing team educated me, reassured me, and even comforted me through the most diff... read more

Very professional operation. They identify and ensure your getting the procedure on the correct area. They talk you through every step to prepare you for the inevitable "Pic" and application of the medicine and what feelings to expect. They sit you in a recovery room, to make sure your not having any issues. They also call you the next day to see if your having any issues. The staff here is always very friendly and professional. The nurse that took me to room very professional and I asked question about procedure today, what was difference between this and last injection and he immediately checked and came back and came me easy to understand information, very thorough. Much appreciated. The nurses very friendly in procedure room and explained what they were doing. The doctor or nurse practitioner friendly and explained what he was doing. This staff is outstanding!!

I went in for bilateral injections and was very nervous and anxious but the staff and Dr. Ramirez were amazing; they explained every detail so that I was comfortable with what they were doing. I was expecting for it to be painful and it was honestly not as bad as I thought it would be!

I absolutely love Dr. Ramirez and his staff. I have had nothing but success with my pain management through this facility. If I needed to be sent out he sent me out. I have recommended him to several people who he has helped as well.
