Great place! I have been coming here for several years now. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have had many procedures done and received pain relief in many forms. I have always been treated with respect and understanding. I had a nerve block with steroids yesterday and I am always impressed with the kindness and compassion that the entire team provides. I had my first-time SI joint injections at this office today, and the entire experience was outstanding. Like anyone would be, I was a little nervous about having this procedure done for the first time, but the staff completely put me at ease. They are incredibly efficient. My appointment was at 9:00 AM, I was checked in by 9:05 AM, and I was completely finished and walking out the door by 10:15 AM. I have been working with Gina Torre.I find that she is very caring and listens to what my thoughts are. Its nice to find a provider that actually hears your concerns. The office staff has also been very tolerant of all of my questions about billing and insurance. The wait time in the front office was a bit long. I tend to view that as the providers giving their clients attention and not just spending 15 minutes with them and kicking them out of the room with unanswered questions. I am so thankful that I found this place. I was being treated at another pain management center in Las Cruces that had me afraid of seeking pain management. The entire staff is very kind and professional. When I had my spinal blocks, it was a night and day experience from my previous procedure. Dr. Ramirez and his team are the extremely communicative, patient, compassionate, and all around amazing. I can’t thank you enough for everything you’re doing for me and continue to do.
Caring professional staff , on time with appointments. I am so grateful to Carolyn for making my visit feel comfortable and complete especially with our telehealth appointments since I’m older and sometimes it’s challenging to drive 3 hours to the city . She is knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I would recommend SW Pain Center to anyone who suffers with chronic pain. They have made my life bearable.
