Dr Ramirez is an excellent doctor. I had been in chronic pain in my back and leg for years. Going to Dr Ramirez was the best decision I have ever made. He has a beautiful office very calming. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with a smile and kindness. Dr Ramirez recently did a RFA on my back. Now I’m able to enjoy life without out the constant pain. Well I feel that I have finally found Dr's that actually care about me!!!!! My Dr left to go take care of family,her name is Shannon &I miss her,I really love her 😢 the way she took care of you. The staff @ SWPC are very professional and @ the same time nice. Particularly Erica, Dr. Chavez assistant is awesome. She makes you feel comfortable & relaxed. She is very personable. She’d barely started when I started as a client and I can see the growth in her. Dr. Shannon Chavez is just amazing. She is the kind of doctor who is hard to find these days. Welcoming, thorough, thoughtful, informative. Satisfied with approach logical and made sure my infectious disease doc and cardiologist were on board with treatment. Felt comfortable with PA and staff.
