The entire crew was amazing; the results were flawless! They arrived on-time; they worked professionally. I was watching one guy in particular working the finish around my in-pool bench seat. I can’t begin to tell you how much detail he gave to the curves and angles of the bench. When I thought he was done, he backed up to take a look from a different view and went back to fine-tune the work. Everyone was pleasant and dealt with my stupid questions. USE THIS COMPANY!
Very professional, very honest and patient, and the work they did was beautiful. I ran into some issues with my pool renovation (through a different company) but Southwest made sure the everything was prepped the right way before they came out to do the finishing part of it. Not only that, but they showed me how I can check for quality as well. I learned a lot about the process. Every person I talked to was sweet, understanding, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend these guys!
I just had my 30,000 gallon pool resurfaced with Stone scapes pebble mini midnight blue. I’m very happy with how the experience has been the whole way through. Very difficult to deal with an unknown contractor and roll the dice. The person I’ve been dealing with his name is Scott and he’s just been very nice and knowledgeable. These guys did my mini pebble pool today in New Port Richey, and another one in Tarpon back in December. Contracted through another company. Absolutely excellent crew. After seeing other companies work, the attention to detail these guys have can’t compare. Crew was right on time, immaculate with their work, and even cleaned up very nicely. I’m a very happy customer.
Southwest Pool Finishers was hired to repair and refinish my StoneScapes pool steps and bench that cracked after 8 years. The finish is a lot like pebble tec but not as costly. Three steps along with the top surface of the bench needed to be refinished. They started their prep work on Thursday, 15 September, 2022. Vince showed at about 9:00am, as scheduled.
