Southwest Rug Cleaning did an incredible job on my living room rug that had seen better days. They came and picked it up from the house, which was awesome because it weighed a ton, and delivered it looking as good as new. Highly recommend!
RN and his team at Southwest Rug Cleaning did an amazing job with our three rugs (two wool and one silk). From pick up to drop off, communication was timely and I appreciate their flexibility in returning the rugs after we returned from vacation. Best of all, our rugs look beautiful. I was worried about a set in stain (movers spilled an orange soda on it before it went into storage for a few months) but the skilled cleaners removed all traces of it - what pros!
Miracle workers!! I was told by at least three other rug cleaners that they could not clean my white plush area rug. Ramshad did what everybody else said they couldn’t. He cleaned seven other rugs for me as well and did an excellent job.I highly highly highly recommend these guys. And their pricing is reasonable. Thank you Southwest Rug Cleaning!
I just had four area rugs cleaned by Southwest carpet cleaning and I’m extremely happy with the way they turned out. Rashad was very easy to work with and I’m amazed at the difference in these carpets. I would highly recommend this company.
I sent them a rug that was so dirty with traffic and pet stains that I was afraid they might turn us down. Instead, my rug came back cleaner than I ever could have imagined! (Or remembered it ever being!) I will be recommending Southwest Rug Cleaning to anybody who will listen from now on, as well as returning with my own rugs regularly!
