I dropped off my area rug for cleaning and they showed me around their facility and all i can say is wow. I would have never thought area rug cleaning took this much work and use of heavy duty equipment. Beyond knowledgable about rugs. 5 stars all round.

Southwest rug cleaning is amazing, they scheduled a time and picked up my rug for cleaning and under circumstances I needed them to hold on to my rug for storage while my condo got renovated which i was very fortunate that they could accommodate this for me. Ramshad was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, helpful, efficient, accommodating and provided lots of education and information.
