Southwest Rug Cleaning is a wonderful company. Very reasonable for the amount of work they have done for my 50-60 year old Persian rugs. They come to your home, roll up the rugs and carry them to their vehicle. When the rug gets to their facility, they give it an assessment to determine what the rug needs. With trepidation we searched Phoenix reviews to find the best rug cleaners for our 20 year old Persian wool and silk rug that had puppy pee stains. We are so glad we picked Southwest Rug Cleaning. They saved it and it came back looking and feeling like new!! They also brought a selection of new entry rugs for us that Mark thought would match our design and color themes, and he was spot on!! My once-white-turned-grey rug came looking white again with a coating to keep her looking that way. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction both in quality of work and customer service.
We hired John to clean several Persian Rugs that had not been cleaned in sometime. His service was impeccable. He came to Chandler to pickup the rugs and later returned them to our new home. Spectacular work! Later he went the extra mile and came back to further assist with placement issue with our new floor plan. We could not be happier and highly recommend. He is a very kind and my elderly mother loved working with him.
