I’ve used Southwest Rug Cleaning twice and highly recommend. The employees are friendly and clearly passionate and knowledgeable about rugs. My once-white-turned-grey rug came looking white again with a coating to keep her looking that way. They go above and beyond for customer satisfaction both in quality of work and customer service.

We hired John to clean several Persian Rugs that had not been cleaned in sometime. His service was impeccable. He came to Chandler to pickup the rugs and later returned them to our new home. Spectacular work! Later he went the extra mile and came back to further assist with placement issue with our new floor plan. We could not be happier and highly recommend. He is a very kind and my elderly mother loved working with him.

Southwest Rug Cleaning did an incredible job on my living room rug that had seen better days. They came and picked it up from the house, which was awesome because it weighed a ton, and delivered it looking as good as new. Highly recommend!

I just had four area rugs cleaned by Southwest carpet cleaning and I’m extremely happy with the way they turned out. Rashad was very easy to work with and I’m amazed at the difference in these carpets. I would highly recommend this company.

I sent them a rug that was so dirty with traffic and pet stains that I was afraid they might turn us down. Instead, my rug came back cleaner than I ever could have imagined! (Or remembered it ever being!) I will be recommending Southwest Rug Cleaning to anybody who will listen from now on, as well as returning with my own rugs regularly!
