My dog was very sick, he had a tumor. SWVSS vet explained everything that would happen and answered any questions we had. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. My frenchie is doing great and has gained weight again.
We were so worried! Maggie is our best girl and going in for anal sac surgery was difficult. Dr. Shelly and the entire staff put us at ease with their confidence, competence, and compassion. Everything turned out great and Maggie is her old self again. Thanks Southwest Veterinary!
The staff treated us well. This is not our first time bringing a pet to the clinic. Always friendly and professional. The entire staff was very professional and quick to act in an emergency. Did surgery with excellent results on our 13 year old doodle with pneumonia and bowel blockage. She is recovering well.
Our little dog was diagnosed with luxating patella and torn ACL. Dr. Shelley and staff were wonderful to work with for his care. They explained everything very well and made us feel comfortable that we could trust them with our little guy. Follow up visits went well and any questions or concerns throughout the recovery were handled promptly and reassuringly. Thank you for taking care of Chico and giving him use of his leg back again.
