Dr. Perez and staff are second to none. I had no fear of the procedure, it was explained to me thoroughly as was the aftercare. Quite painless and easily tolerated due to their extreme professionalism. The clinic was bright, clean, quiet and the front office staff was helpful and kind. Highly recommend!
Dr Scroggins is absolutely the best oral surgeon. I have had numerous procedures done by him and I have never had any pain or problems. Dr Scroggins staff to include front office and dental technicians are great, they schedule you quickly and keep you well informed about the procedure. The office as a whole are very patient, polite and welcoming.
Never had been here before. Had to have a tooth that was cracked and dying pulled. They were extremely helpful in the pre-procedure issues, such as explaining financial and insurance responsibilities, and the front office staff was very professional yet courteous. The doctor's assistant who took an X-ray was quick and efficient, yet relaxed the whole time and explained what would be happening without being condescending or insulting, rather she was friendly and kind and relaxed and laughed at a couple of my bad jokes. Dr Scroggins has treated both of my kids in the past and done absolutely amazing work. Today he worked on me as a veteran referred from the Salem VA. The entire staff is beyond wonderful. The kindness and consideration was appreciated beyond what words can convey. They didn’t dismiss my fears (sever PTSD) or treat me as less over them. Dr. Perez is a very competent oral surgeon. He answered all my questions beforehand and kept me engaged as he performed the extraction and implant. The technician was also very competent as well as friendly and professional.
