I’m disappointed with my experience here. I came in specifically asking to have my eyebrows shaped evenly, with a plan to leave certain areas untouched so they could grow in and be balanced over time. Instead of discussing the shape or mapping the brows first, she threaded and tinted them following the uneven shape they already had. This made the asymmetry even more noticeable. Shanti did an amazing job on my eyebrows! She’s so skilled and detail oriented, and I left feeling so confident. On top of that, she’s such a wonderful person to talk to our conversation made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend her!
Got my eyebrows done today and I’m super happy with how they turned out! They shaped them really well and it didn’t hurt at all. The staff were so friendly, and the place was cozy and clean. Definitely recommended!
Walked in and was able to get my eyebrows threaded immediately. This is the first salon I’ve been to where I was actually asked for my threading preferences and had a discussion of what I wanted before the service began. I was blown away and so appreciative of the salon for asking!!! This should be the norm everywhere. My brows look absolutely amazing and the way I want them to look, the best they’ve looked in years. WARNING: THIS PLACE DOES NOT HONOR APPOINTMENTS!!!! I booked arm wax appointment for 6:30PM on a Friday. When i showed up at 6:25PM, they told me to take a seat & then proceeded to tell me that I will have to come back tomorrow because they are too busy at the moment or I can wait a long time. You would think that they would manage their business better to the point where they can fit the committed appointments. The answer is no. They don't respect your time, so why should you come here?
