Was visiting Oakland and decided I wanted my eyebrows threaded. Looked up this business and decided to try it out. The entrance to the building was a bit confusing but its a basically several spaces for many businesses. I called the number and was assisted right away. The up-sale was real because I ended up getting a tinted brow as well. Initially I was very pleased with the tint but it lasted maybe a day. My appointment cost $33 but was charged $43. I wanted wax and to try henna for the first time. She insisted threading and henna was best since my eyebrows were thin/gappy. She cut my eyebrow threading, then put henna on it so it stung. She wouldn't adjust the seat to make sure i was comfortable before asking me to sit down. She could tell it wasn't going well and wanted to explain things alot so I was there for an hour instead of 20min.

Romelia did her big one with my brows!! Before her, I was really anti-thread bc it was always either came out too thin or too boxy, but I actually really like the way they look now!

10/10 so fast, nice, and my brows are snatched every time!!! never have a problem getting an appointment or walking in right before I travel!

Got my eyebrows tinted and threaded and they turned out amazing—perfectly shaped and on point! Booking was super easy through their online system, and everything went smoothly. I paid $35 for the service and added a $5 tip, so $40 total.
