Was visiting Oakland and decided I wanted my eyebrows threaded. Looked up this business and decided to try it out. The entrance to the building was a bit confusing but its a basically several spaces for many businesses. I called the number and was assisted right away. The up-sale was real because I ended up getting a tinted brow as well. Initially I was very pleased with the tint but it lasted maybe a day. Romelia did her big one with my brows!! Before her, I was really anti-thread bc it was always either came out too thin or too boxy, but I actually really like the way they look now!

10/10 so fast, nice, and my brows are snatched every time!!! never have a problem getting an appointment or walking in right before I travel!

Not super happy with my most recent experience. I made an appointment and then asked if I could come earlier because my availability changed and they said yes except that there was one appointment that I should come before. When I get there, she says 10 minutes and then the lobby start filling with people waiting their appointments and she tells all of them “10 minutes”. Got my eyebrows tinted and threaded and they turned out amazing—perfectly shaped and on point! Booking was super easy through their online system, and everything went smoothly. I paid $35 for the service and added a $5 tip, so $40 total.
