We moved into our home in 2012 and inherited Spadafore, as they had been the provider for the previous owners. We'd never had oil heat / hot water, so we just went with it, and were we lucky! Their service is prompt, reliable, and professional. We recently had a new hot water heater installed. The estimate was by far the lowest we received, and it was to the penny. I wouldn't use anyone else.
We recently had our oil tank replaced. It turned 30 this past September and we wanted to ensure we did wait too long. Spadafore was flexible with their scheduling and the technician arrived on time. He left the area cleaner than I had it before he arrived. We have been so happy with the service Spadafore has provided us over the years.
Just changed our heating oil to Spadafore. Needed to replace our oil tank because of a small leak. Not only was Spadafore less expensive than other companies estimates, they could perform and showed up in a timely fashion, delivered our oil and they checked to see if we were satisfied with the end result. Company is very much in tune with customer satisfaction. Just beginning with this company but so far, they hit it out of the ball park.
Last evening we realized we had no heat in the new home we purchased. We call the heating company that was on the tag in our basment and told us we ran out of oil (the gauge is not working) he recommend we call Spadafore I am so happy I did. I spoke with Angie and Tina and they were wicked awesome and got us the quickest delivery this morning.
