Our visit started out on a positive note. The front-desk staff were pleasant, each patient had a private room with a sensory activity board and TV, and the doctor initially had a very nice bedside manner. Unfortunately, our experience following my 14-year-old daughter’s dental treatment under general anesthesia was very different.
