I can’t say nice enough things about this practice. From the original wisdom teeth removal consultation with Dr. Betz, to the actual procedure with Dr. McFadden, it was such a comfortable experience. Especially for someone who had quite a bit of anxiety going into the process. The office staff/assistants were also great. They were super attentive, reassuring, and knowledgeable throughout my entire time dealing with them. I’d recommend anyone who has oral surgery needs to Specialized Surgeons.
This dental surgery practice is outstanding! The staff and doctor were so professional and kind. I felt like I was in good hands as soon as I walked in the door. The tooth extraction was painless and quick. I would recommend this practice to anyone.
Overall the staff was very nice. However, I would not recommend Dr. Jorge Autran-Martinez for any surgery as he caused me what seems to be permanent nerve damage from wisdom tooth removal on what was called an easy extraction by him and my dentist. I went to this oral surgeon based on recommendation from my dentist. My extractions were said to be easy but I wanted to be knocked out for the procedure so I chose to go to the surgeon instead of my dentist. Dr. McFadden and his crew were fantastic. From consultation, to scheduling, to the actual tooth extraction, everyone was kind, caring, and efficient. There were absolutely no surprises at all. Very straightforward. At the referral of our orthodontist, they were very gentle, and cared for my teen daughter, who was very anxiety ridden about getting permanent teeth extracted. Clean office, bright surroundings. Courteous and attentive staff. Thorough medical and dental history review. Their answers to my questions and concerns put me at ease for the procedure I had scheduled. I required no medication of any kind for pain relief following the procedure. I had taken an extra day off just in case. I am grateful for and pleased with the care I received from Dr. Betz, his surgical assistant and support staff.
