We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Specialized Surgeons from start to finish. My son recently had his wisdom teeth removed, and I could not be more impressed with the level of care, professionalism, and compassion shown by both Dr. McFadden and the entire staff. Overall the staff was very nice. However, I would not recommend Dr. Jorge Autran-Martinez for any surgery as he caused me what seems to be permanent nerve damage from wisdom tooth removal on what was called an easy extraction by him and my dentist. I went to this oral surgeon based on recommendation from my dentist. My extractions were said to be easy but I wanted to be knocked out for the procedure so I chose to go to the surgeon instead of my dentist. Clean office, bright surroundings. Courteous and attentive staff. Thorough medical and dental history review. Their answers to my questions and concerns put me at ease for the procedure I had scheduled. I required no medication of any kind for pain relief following the procedure. I had taken an extra day off just in case. I am grateful for and pleased with the care I received from Dr. Betz, his surgical assistant and support staff.
Dr Beth and his entire staff made my tooth extracted a lot easier to get thru . Very pleasant, caring and professional. Not knowing what to expect, the entire process went very smooth. I would definitely seek out the practice if in need again. Many thanks to all 👍
Dr McFadden is amazing. The whole staff at the office are kind and courteous. My son had his wisdom teeth pulled. He was super anxious going in and they made him feel at ease with the procedure. My son had s bit of extra pain that evening and I was able to communicate with the dr as he was the one on call.
