I have had trigger finger with 4 fingers. Dr. Puckett has done the surgery to release all four. Dr. Puckett is warm, friendly and understanding. Had no problems with either surgeries. Excellent surgeon. Highly recommend Dr. Puckett!
I just had my third trigger finger surgery done by Dr Puckett. He had given me a number of injections until I needed surgery. This makes 6 fingers total. He was recommended to me by my rheumatologist. He does an excellent job. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a doctor who is a hand expert. I totally trust his expertise. It usually takes two weeks to get an appointment The wait time in the office is long but it’s worth it!
I'm a person who's very selective when it comes to physicians, and especially surgeons. I would highly recommend Dr. Puckett because of the excellent outcomes I experienced with bilateral CMC arthroplasty.
Dr. Puckett and staff are very knowledgeable, knows what he is doing. Mentions all options and is very honest with his dealings, which for me is most important aspect of his office. Very helpful staff.
I had surgery in August on 2017 after seeing a plastic surgeon in Gainesville felt there was nothing else I could do with a finger that was broken the previous January. D.r Puckett was great and told me that I might have to pay out of pocket for therapy but he could guarantee that my finger would improve to 90-99%. I gave myself until December and he said my goal was too high and said to set my goal for January. However, by Christmas, my finger is and I can make a fist. I would recommend him!
Horrible, horrible, horrible! Do not go to this facility. Rude! Will not call back to set appointments. Too busy to give you the help you deserve! Should be off of any approved doctor list! Dr. Puckett's staff is awful. So disappointing. Doctor is cocky!
Office staff non-responsive, gave conflicting diagnosis, dismissive and rude. I will be looking for a new Doctor.
Hateful and dismissive. Changed diagnosis and surgery orders with no reasonable explanation. This after waiting an hour and a half.
