I've just moved into this wonderful community. The leasing office is very organised. Special shout-out to Monica from the leasing office! She was very supportive at every step of the leasing process. The neighbors are also very kind and helping. Very spacious apartment with excellent community features. The pool and theatre are open 24x7. I Love it so far here!
This Review is for Miguel on the Maintence team. We’ve lived at the complex for 6 months now and anytime there has been an issue in our apartment Miguel has come to the rescue. He consistently provides exceptional service. He responds to requests promptly, communicates clearly, and completes repairs efficiently. I’ve been living here for two months and here are my honest thoughts. Keep in mind I hardly ever write reviews because I work in customer service and I know not everything is controllable but these are some standout issues. While the staff is extremely kind and polite and generally knowledgeable. They are either severely under staffed or poorly managed. 1: Work orders take WEEKS to get solved. Benny did an excellent job with maintenance and fixing our dishwasher issue. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and explained everything clearly. The repair was done efficiently, and the dishwasher is now working perfectly. He was professional, courteous, and made sure everything was clean and in order before leaving. Highly recommend Benny for any maintenance needs!
It’s the best of best experience I have ever had with this leasing spectra on 7th. I was going to leave my previous leasing. Had no home but thank god Lauren has helped me till the end of our leasing get the home in no time. I am really grateful for such amazing service.
