We randomly stopped into Spectra on 7th today to see if they had any tour spots available, and we are SO glad we did! We were greeted by Haven, who was absolutely fantastic. She went out of her way to squeeze us into a tour, and her customer service was amazing from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, clean, modern, and very well-maintained. I've just moved into this wonderful community. The leasing office is very organised. Special shout-out to Monica from the leasing office! She was very supportive at every step of the leasing process. The neighbors are also very kind and helping. Very spacious apartment with excellent community features. The pool and theatre are open 24x7. I Love it so far here!
Great service!. I had an issue with all the doors, and Benny came and fixed them. He clearly explained why the issue was happening, what the permanent fix was, and completed the repair professionally. He understands the problem well before taking action. Thank you.
I’ve been living here for two months and here are my honest thoughts. Keep in mind I hardly ever write reviews because I work in customer service and I know not everything is controllable but these are some standout issues. While the staff is extremely kind and polite and generally knowledgeable. They are either severely under staffed or poorly managed. 1: Work orders take WEEKS to get solved. The AC unit in my apartment started acting up and wasn’t working properly, which was especially urgent for me because I have children. I ran into Benny from Maintenance and mentioned it to him. In less than 15 minutes, he was already in my apartment helping out. He resolved the issue and fixed it immediately. Thank you, Benny!
