I've just moved into this wonderful community. The leasing office is very organised. Special shout-out to Monica from the leasing office! She was very supportive at every step of the leasing process. The neighbors are also very kind and helping. Very spacious apartment with excellent community features. The pool and theatre are open 24x7. I Love it so far here!
I’ve been living here for two months and here are my honest thoughts. Keep in mind I hardly ever write reviews because I work in customer service and I know not everything is controllable but these are some standout issues. While the staff is extremely kind and polite and generally knowledgeable. They are either severely under staffed or poorly managed. 1: Work orders take WEEKS to get solved. I had my air-conditioning unit stop working this morning. Miguel and Iman showed up to help faster than I expected. They were quick to Recognize and fix the problem. They did an amazing job. I am so grateful For their help. They gave me best experience with a maintenance crew I’ve ever had. Thanks again guys !
The maintenance crew at this Mark Taylor property is fabulous. I have encountered 4 different personnel, and every time I was met with professional, friendly service. The most recent service request was answered by Iman. He arrived same day and even caught something that I had forgotten to add in my description of the problem. My issue was taken care of promptly, efficiently, and with a kind demeanor. Side note: each one of them has been friendly to my cat. They all earn bonus points for this. :-)
