The staff at Spencer dental Colonial Heights are super cool. They were professional and courteous and made me and my son feel like family. Mrs. Diarra the hygienist took time to explain in detail the situation with my son's teeth. She welcomed us so warmly and offered other important Information I needed. I appreciate employees who know their job and do it well. The doctor was so hilarious and down to earth and very informative as well. Excellent! The staff was very friendly and welcoming. I had a dental emergency and they took care of me. Dr. Patel was very nice and gentle. Imani was a wonderful attendant. She was amazing. I felt relief right away. Highly recommend.
I had an excellent experience with Spencer Dental. I received outstanding service and care from check-in through the whole appointment. All staff and care team were so nice and explained things to me well, they were able to take care of all my issues and did such a great job doing so. Thank you all for such a wonderful dentist experience! I look forward to coming back in the future.
Worst experience ever. First they have me wait over an hour to verify my insurance. Then I’m told to wait another hour only to be told ( by someone who said they were a manager) the dentist would not be able to help me because they did not want to work on my chipped tooth because I wasn’t in pain and they don’t want to work on a tooth another dentist has worked on previously. I made this appointment for a chipped tooth over a week ago. They could have told me that over the phone.
We was able to get my son appointment taking care of fast. We was in and out within a reasonable time. Receptionists and office assistances were excellent. The doctor was very sweet as usual. My children definitely love coming here every time. Only place my children ever been to the dentist. I would recommend them to anybody.
