We had a wonderful experience at Spencer's Dental & Braces. From the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had such a great experience at Spencer Dental and Braces thanks to Imani! She is incredibly sweet, patient, and professional. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease with her calming and positive energy. She took her time, answered questions kindly, and made the whole visit feel so much less stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and loves what she does. Spencer Dental is lucky to have someone like her on their team!
Went in a bit over a month ago, and while the office staff and nurse I saw were nice, the dentist basically discarded my concerns and blew off any attempt from me *or* the nurse to get more information about what was going on in my mouth. Set me for a quadruple wisdom tooth extraction, and a root canal. And while the extraction happened, (at a different office that *also* went poorly), any attempt to try to set up the root canal with the corporate phone number they've given me has *also* been blown off. The staff at Spencer dental Colonial Heights are super cool. They were professional and courteous and made me and my son feel like family. Mrs. Diarra the hygienist took time to explain in detail the situation with my son's teeth. She welcomed us so warmly and offered other important Information I needed. I appreciate employees who know their job and do it well. The doctor was so hilarious and down to earth and very informative as well. This is an amazing dental office it's not just for kids. The front desk staff are wonderful and very respectful very nice ladies. The dentist she gave me back my beautiful smile cleaned my teeth with no pain she asked several times "are you okay" and she was fast. I have went to other dental offices but hands down they are the best.
