I had such a great experience at Spencer Dental and Braces thanks to Imani! She is incredibly sweet, patient, and professional. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease with her calming and positive energy. She took her time, answered questions kindly, and made the whole visit feel so much less stressful. You can tell she genuinely cares about people and loves what she does. Spencer Dental is lucky to have someone like her on their team!
Worst experience ever. First they have me wait over an hour to verify my insurance. Then I’m told to wait another hour only to be told ( by someone who said they were a manager) the dentist would not be able to help me because they did not want to work on my chipped tooth because I wasn’t in pain and they don’t want to work on a tooth another dentist has worked on previously. I made this appointment for a chipped tooth over a week ago. They could have told me that over the phone.
This is an amazing dental office it's not just for kids. The front desk staff are wonderful and very respectful very nice ladies. The dentist she gave me back my beautiful smile cleaned my teeth with no pain she asked several times "are you okay" and she was fast. I have went to other dental offices but hands down they are the best.
My children had an appointment that was rescheduled five times because the dentist was unavailable, but instead of calling to reschedule I made it to the appointment to be turned around. So finally we have an appointment that was kept or so I thought we arrived on time for the appointment, I completed all of the required paperwork and waited about 35 minutes. They got me in fast while struggling with wisdom teeth. Fast recovery after removing all four wisdom teeth. Also staff was so kind and caring with my son's dental needs.
