I had a deep cleaning appointment today at Spencer Dental, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! Steven, the registered dental hygienist, was absolutely awesome. He was professional, knowledgeable, gentle, and took the time to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment. I liked this place at first because it’s extremely easy to get an appointment. The staff in the front are very sweet as well as some of the techs. BUT The wait is super long. example — 9am appointment means you won’t be seen until 10:30 most times. I’ve had a female and male dentist .. BOTH were insensitive, shoved the numbing needle in my mouth without notice. As an adult patient , you can announce what it is you’re about to do. They are always rushing and the faculty is not clean at all. u

I had an excellent experience during my visit. The lady at reception was warm and welcoming. Kia was awesome and patient. I had to wait to receive some information from another dental practitioner, and she was very helpful. Steven did an awesome job cleaning my teeth. He was warm and friendly and helped me feel at ease during my cleaning.

I’ve been coming to Spencer Dental for about three years now, and the front desk ladies are seriously the best! Every time I come in, they’re always so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. They make every visit feel comfortable from the moment you walk through the door. Today was my first time seeing Kenai, and he was amazing! He was so nice, friendly, and easy to talk to. This is the worst dentist office in Hampton. My appointment was at 2pm, I didnt get seated until 3, and I sat in my seat and watched three other people who got there after me get their teeth cleaned. The lady doing x-rays is extremely unprofessional and was treating me like a child. There is one dental hygienist for the entire place and I heard him not even taking lunch and just working the entire day. Please do not go here if you are looking for dental work, use it as a last resort option because nobody cares. The place is ... read more
