This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. Please do not ever make an appointment here! I was looking for a last minute appointment for my sons who were home from college. As soon as we entered the office I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the waiting room and front desk area. When we entered the treatment area I became horrified. The floors were covered with filth and hair. I saw what appeared to be a blood spatter on the chair in front of me. The people themselves are nice but anytime I have ever went there I have had to wait at least 2 hours for my daughter to be seen then she is only in the chair for maybe 5 minutes and they're done so if they could get people out that quick why so long of a wait. Not just one time but every time they need to get better with their scheduling apparently. The last time that I went well this time I was told that my daughter couldn't handle their tools so they are sending me to a different dentist so she will not be going back ther... read more
I had a really great experience during my recent visit. Ms. Jennifer ('Miss Jen") did an amazing job cleaning my teeth. She was incredibly thorough and paid close attention to every detail, making sure to get into all the cracks and crevices. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and cares about doing a great job. My teeth have never felt cleaner! I truly appreciate her effort and professionalism —highly recommend her.
I am so happy about every part of my emergency visit. The receptionists were all very kind and helpful. I was seen within minutes of arrival for my visit by Dr. A and her assistant. Dr. A assured me my previous health concerns would not be a hindrance in helping remove my infected tooth to heal an abscess and even adjusted the medication she used to ensure I would be more at ease. Dr. Boice, the maxillofacial surgeon, did a great job. Otherwise, they get a zero. I don't recommend them unless it's a last resort. At reception, despite having finished all the paperwork and arriving 15 minutes before my appointment, I wasn't seen until two hours later. The receptionists were very rude.
