This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. Please do not ever make an appointment here! I was looking for a last minute appointment for my sons who were home from college. As soon as we entered the office I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the waiting room and front desk area. When we entered the treatment area I became horrified. The floors were covered with filth and hair. I saw what appeared to be a blood spatter on the chair in front of me. This place is very dirty and unsanitary. I waited for almost two hours just to get a cleaning. There was dirt on the floors and on equipment. Someone else said that their glasses weren’t wiped before being put on their face. Do not come here!
This dental office was very bad When I went here, they'd spread out appointments as far from each other as they could, I'd have to wait hours for my turn/for my teeth to get worked on, one of the dentists was rude to me (she accused me of not paying attention when she was giving me directions when she was creating a mold for my partial), and on 2 separate occasions, they sent me home without even working on my teeth Steven, however, was one of the very few good things about my time here. Let me start off by saying I’m not a fan of going to the dentist. Mostly because in my past experiences, my previous dentists and dental hygienist were often cold, rough, and frequently condescending. However, Steven (the dental hygienist) is warm, personable, and makes an effort to get to know his patients. He remembers important details about you and is gentle while performing his job. Do better with taking people time into consideration. Communicate goes a long way when it's communicated properly. You'll set an appointment for something in particular & they'll tell you something totally different when you're there & boom you're rescheduled .. my appointment was at 2PM, I was waiting for 1 hour & 9 mins before I said anything to the staff about my wait time.
