This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. Please do not ever make an appointment here! I was looking for a last minute appointment for my sons who were home from college. As soon as we entered the office I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the waiting room and front desk area. When we entered the treatment area I became horrified. The floors were covered with filth and hair. I saw what appeared to be a blood spatter on the chair in front of me. Dr. Boice, the maxillofacial surgeon, did a great job. Otherwise, they get a zero. I don't recommend them unless it's a last resort. At reception, despite having finished all the paperwork and arriving 15 minutes before my appointment, I wasn't seen until two hours later. The receptionists were very rude.
This place is very dirty and unsanitary. I waited for almost two hours just to get a cleaning. There was dirt on the floors and on equipment. Someone else said that their glasses weren’t wiped before being put on their face. Do not come here!
I can’t Remember my dentist name but he was the best. I told him I was terrified of needles and he did it where I didn’t even feel it and I had to ask him. Did you do the needle yet and he said yes! The staff was terrific very kind and they did a great job helping along thank you all so much for making my smile beautiful
I am terrified of the dentist and haven’t been to one in a decade. This staff did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable, relaxed, and explained everything with each procedure. Miss Rea at the front desk is phenomenal and works around my schedule, and Dr. Ta was so gentle with my mouth, including the numbing! I am also pregnant in my third trimester, and they took every precaution to make sure me and baby were physically comfortable and safe.
