I’ve been coming to Spencer Dental for about three years now, and the front desk ladies are seriously the best! Every time I come in, they’re always so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a dental office. Please do not ever make an appointment here! I was looking for a last minute appointment for my sons who were home from college. As soon as we entered the office I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the waiting room and front desk area. When we entered the treatment area I became horrified. The floors were covered with filth and hair. I saw what appeared to be a blood spatter on the chair in front of me. I am so happy about every part of my emergency visit. The receptionists were all very kind and helpful. I was seen within minutes of arrival for my visit by Dr. A and her assistant. Dr. A assured me my previous health concerns would not be a hindrance in helping remove my infected tooth to heal an abscess and even adjusted the medication she used to ensure I would be more at ease. A great experience. My son is Autistic and has severe anxiety. He was nervous the moment we walked into the building about getting a wisdom tooth extracted but the staff made him feel at ease. They assured him that he would be fine and offered laughing gas to help with the anxiety. He asked if he could keep his tooth after it was pulled and they told him yes. Not only did they allow him to keep the tooth but they sent him home with pictures of his x-rays showing his wisdom teeth and which one was pulled. They were amazing!! ... read more

First, days ago I made an appointment for me and my son. The day of the appointment I wasn't seen but they seen my son. I wasn't seen because I didn't confirm the appointment. So, I rescheduled for me. I asked if it's possible to confirm from an email or a text. They said no it's better to answer the call to confirm it. OK Next, my son is called we go back there and a parent is on her cell phone talking..loud. The "office manager" walks back and forth and says nothing.
