This was the BEST DENTAL EPISODE EVER. Let’s get into . I woke up Tuesday morning left side of my face was swollen and my wisdom tooth was broken off and throbbing. I call the 1-800- number on back of my insurance card and the connected me with Spencer’s Dental. I called them they said the could see me today . I was so excited because it’s always a wait list or a month long wait. Got to the appointment the woman at the front desk was very warm and helpful. My son and I had a wonderful experience at JANAF SPENCER DENTAL. Thanks to FARRAH she’s incredibly kind and informative throughout the visit. I especially appreciated how she took the time to show me my son X-ray and explained exactly what was going on and where the pain is coming from. It made us feel much more comfortable. (DO NOT GO TO HOLLAND location people there are rude)
My appt was at 10:15 for my 2 boys. It’s a week day so they had to miss school for the cleaning. They called us up at about 11:15. Sat the boys in the chairs and come 12pm they were still not even started. I had to leave as I had another appt at 1pm. So in 2 hours and missing school nothing was accomplished. Another time I arrived 5 mins late, signed in, sat down, waited 5 mins, was called to the front desk and told I could be seen because I was 5 mins late- no grace period. My experience was great. The staff was down to earth yet professional. I felt comfortable there. The woman that did my x ray was patient and kind. I look forward to my cleaning at my next appointment there. No problems whatsoever.
This office is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of patients’ time. Every single time one of my children has an appointment here, there is an issue. Today was the final straw!!!!! I confirmed my daughter’s appointment the morning of literally at 9:49. I arrived on time at 12:22 appointment time at 12:30, signed in properly, and sat down as instructed.
