This was the BEST DENTAL EPISODE EVER. Let’s get into . I woke up Tuesday morning left side of my face was swollen and my wisdom tooth was broken off and throbbing. I call the 1-800- number on back of my insurance card and the connected me with Spencer’s Dental. I called them they said the could see me today . My son and I had a wonderful experience at JANAF SPENCER DENTAL. Thanks to FARRAH she’s incredibly kind and informative throughout the visit. I especially appreciated how she took the time to show me my son X-ray and explained exactly what was going on and where the pain is coming from. It made us feel much more comfortable. (DO NOT GO TO HOLLAND location people there are rude)
This office is completely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful of patients’ time. Every single time one of my children has an appointment here, there is an issue. Today was the final straw!!!!! I confirmed my daughter’s appointment the morning of literally at 9:49. I arrived on time at 12:22 appointment time at 12:30, signed in properly, and sat down as instructed. Perfect experience, best one I’ve been to so far. came in a 9am on January 2nd my doctor and nurse were super sweet they did a fill in for me. I would recommend this company they got multiple procedures done all in one day. My teeth look great I feel brand new.
I had a filling done with Dr. Omar and he did such a phenomenal job. There was no pain and he was very accommodating. My filling came out smooth and it looks good. The dental assistant, Margarita, was extremely kind and knowledgeable. This is one of the best chairside experience I’ve had in any dental clinic.
