Front office was very friendly and helpful. Waiting room was nice and neat. The back office staff was professional polite and made their young patients feel at ease. Seems like everyone is working together as a team to make the patients and their family members feel comfortable. TY
I had an appointment today, when you walk into the building none of the staff greet you, they are rude and talk amongst each others as if no one was there. Now I may say the ladies in the back were nice and greeted me! They all need to work on the customer service it’s horrible in that office. The front desk to be exact!
My issue is not with the regular staff they were great and I appreciate everything they did my issue is with the traveling nurse LINDSEY.very rude and disrespectful. You need to a lil more training. Because you didn’t get that angry black woman.you turn red in the face and catch a temper tantrum.no I didn’t want you in the room with my child and after what you did and the way you behaved they should be consequences
everyone there was amazing and made me feel super comfortable. i was there getting a root canal which had my anxiety through the roof. My dentist was hands down the best i’ve ever encountered in 48 years I didn’t feel a thing. His assistant was also top notch and did an awesome job at keeping me relaxed. Great crew at Va Beach and at Jana’. thankful for their kindness.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My son’s appt was at 9am there was an issue with his insurance being verified so there was a hold up which was understandable. Took about 30 minutes to be resolved- once I got to the back I sat there for another hour with no one coming to assist. Everyone stayed in the back talking to the point one other patient spoke up and asked to be rescheduled cause he was sitting for an hour without being looked at.
