This place has went way down since covid. I've had two appointments canceled, this month alone. First time I was told it was because the dentist went on vacation and only braces were being done. Okay, whatever I rescheduled for 2 weeks out. I got an email with a link to confirm the appointment.But the link never loads. In this email, the link says confirm appointment with the link and their phone number with a message that says call us for any questions. My family’s experience at Spencer has been great. My adult son has high functioning autism and is a patient there. They are great in communicating with him during procedures and just in general. They are great with all the child patients I see there when we go. They are kind and they are thorough in their dental care. The hygienist Nelly is a delight to work with and the dentist takes his time and seems to care about the patients. I went to Spencer Dental today and my appointment was canceled because I was 2 minutes past the 10 minute grace period... it was only 2 minutes. Although I had asked to speak to the supervisor and she made everything better!! She was so sweet and made sure I got the next appointment if they didn't show. I highly recommend being on time because if you don't then you might not get a good cleaning or experience.

I wish I could give them less stars. I have been going here for 9 years and the front desk staff is rude and condescending. I went in for a routine cleaning with a appointment and the front desk staff said "There's nothing we can do about that" I really need to find a new dentist because the front desk staff here sucks. We went in for X-rays since my wisdom teeth are coming in and the front desk staff didn't even let us check in for my appointment and had my dad schedule a new appointment after he had taken time off for this... read more

I wish I could give less than zero to ALL SPENCER DENTAL LOCATIONS, they have a terrible service in terms of orthodontics, I have been in the process for more than three years and the last year has undoubtedly been the worst attention they have given me, in addition to the fact that they always cancel my appointments and “reschedule” them again, unfortunately I can no longer change my decision to have done the treatment here but I would not recommend at all to be a patient from here unless you want to waste your time, money,... read more
