I had a wonderful experience at Spencer Dental with my daughter. The entire team was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle throughout her appointment. She needed a filling, and I was amazed that they were able to complete the procedure without even having to numb her. The dentist took the time to make her feel comfortable, explained everything in a way she could understand, and kept her calm and relaxed the entire time. The receptionist was very pleasant and courteous professional and thanked me for completing my paperwork online. I showed up 15 minutes early just in case I needed to fill out any other paperwork. My appointment was at 3pm. They were a couple of minutes early when calling me back. The assistant took me into a room and went over some information for me then we proceeded to the X-ray room where she took a couple of X-rays for the Dr. And that went by smoothly. Great experience at this office. Receptionist are polite. Mahogany was beautiful she listened and calmed my nerves. Dr S was the absolutely the best ever and his music soothes you while he go to work🙌🏾💪🏾💙Thank you Spencer’s Dental. Quality care here

Place if unprofessional and disgusting. They are very weird about appointments, if you make an appointment and you get the message to confirm your appointment, they still say you have to call to give verbal confirmation you will be at said appointment. Like reassuring a trauma victim. The staff were not polite, even towards my special needs daughter, who was very panicked. The place was super old and absolutely disgusting like they dont clean. The staff at Spencer Dental are all amazing! Robin needs a raise. She is always sweet, efficient, and kind with patients in the lobby. I look forward to seeing her at every visit. She knows how to make someone feel prioritized, she stays calm when the computer system crashes, and patients in the lobby act ratchet. Robin makes the schedule process easy, and helps you find appointments that fit your situation. I’ve had a great experience with Margarita, Omar, and everyone I’ve interacted with.
