Want to give a shout out to Jim at Spires Roofing. Was super nervous about choosing the right roofing company. After much research I went with Jim and Spires Roofing. Spires Roofing was a positive experience from the first call. I worked with Jim Underwood, manager at my local Palm Bay branch. He is an experienced roofer, was able to explain options to me, listened to my concerns due to an older home that had interesting roofing complications. Just wanted to say thank you to Jim and the crew. From start to finish they were the better than expected. Best price, gave me options others didn’t and the roof looks great.
We have an old 70s trailer. Had it sprayed by a scammer last year. A leak showed up. We asked and looked, I posted in the vero beach Facebook. Jim answered back immediately with exactly what I needed. All others were just power washers. He called before he came, showed up on time AND DID A GREAT JOB! He explained what we wanted was a waste of money. Who does that anymore? Did a great job power washing and CAME BACK to seal the roof stacks. I can't tell you how much it means to have a good honest person.
