Purchased a 10k hot tub and they were all smiles working to get sale but after install it was like we didnt exist. Had issues with hot tub and little to no help from store manager. He said they would help on phone but got none. Last contact was they were going to look into it and never got a call again.... Not happy with this company.
We purchased a glider 20 years ago and now need new cushions. The manager had to look up the sale get the proper dimensions and inform us they do not carry that supplier any longer. With that the manager went into great lengths to find dimensions in another supplier and finally did so. Service like we received is no longer a privilege at stores and usually just the opposite. I will continue to support our neighborhood retail store for at least 20 more years. Thanks to the manager.
I spent an hour with sales person on a Saturday picking out an outdoor sofa, two swivel chairs and a coffee table. He said he would figure the price out and give me an estimate on Monday (today). He gave me a price of $3,000 something. I asked him how much was the coffee table and he stated $1,100. Negative stars - Micah and Brian, the two "managers", using that term very loosely, are the most unhelpful, inconsiderate, and rudest people I have ever encountered! When I called the store to inquire about a hot tub and spoke to Brian a couple months ago he seemed helpful. I went in later that same day and did not even get acknowledged upon entering the store.
