We purchased a glider 20 years ago and now need new cushions. The manager had to look up the sale get the proper dimensions and inform us they do not carry that supplier any longer. With that the manager went into great lengths to find dimensions in another supplier and finally did so. Service like we received is no longer a privilege at stores and usually just the opposite. I will continue to support our neighborhood retail store for at least 20 more years. Thanks to the manager.
I spent an hour with sales person on a Saturday picking out an outdoor sofa, two swivel chairs and a coffee table. He said he would figure the price out and give me an estimate on Monday (today). Negative stars - Micah and Brian, the two "managers", using that term very loosely, are the most unhelpful, inconsiderate, and rudest people I have ever encountered! When I called the store to inquire about a hot tub and spoke to Brian a couple months ago he seemed helpful. I went in later that same day and did not even get acknowledged upon entering the store. Zero stars! This will be long but please read if you are thinking about purchasing from them. We went in on June 7 to see what’s available. After some research they definitely had the better prices.
