Don't even want to give them one star. Pool collapsed. Splash sent incompetent, inept,etc. installers. Took 6 weeks to do 1 week of work. We have a lawyer working on this. The 2 or 3 neg. reviews ...
Pool recently installed has collapsed and no longer usable. Splash will not repair. Consider other companies when buying a pool. Good luck!
THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've been trying to have my hot tub fixed for over a year. Waiting at home only to have no one show up. I have spoken to the manager & he assured me it would be fixed this time, that was 4 months ago. They even fired the original spa tech and the new one was coming,that was a month ago. This place is a complete joke!
Short and to the point. Purchased Spa. Spa broke in April. It is now Sept. Still Broke. Buyer Beware. Loved the equipment, just can't use it.
