Completely unprofessional. Took 4 hours to be admitted, should have taken 1hr. Came in on second day to dose where supposedly i already dosed which is false. I wait 30 min in line when I reach the front they tell me I have to get out of line to dose because they messed up. I can't spend my life here in the morning. They messed up, not my problem.
I've been going here for 2 years now. The people here are great. The definitely make you feel like a person and not just a number. The counselors are awesome. Down to earth and real. They've helped me more than I can say and I see that being true for more and more of my friends. Do it. It's worth it.
I came this morning at 530 AM. This place guided me into the right direction of where I needed to be. The lady that had her birthday, I appreciate her sitting with me from start of our meeting until I walked out the door. I’m where I needed to be and just want to thank her. I don’t remember her name, but she was patient, gave me information and made sure I was ok. I appreciate what she did, it might not be much, but she saved my behind! Thank you again lady. I have been going here for over a year, it used to be run very well. Unfortunately now they cant keep the dispensing nurses around, so for the past 4 months have been perpetually training new people. Which means you will wait 2+ hours for any dose. Avoid this place unless you like standing in line.
I really like Spokane CTC for the front desk ladies and the dosing nurses. They are very kind. I like how meetings are available to do over the phone or in person. Same as your one on ones. Most the time when I go in it's pretty quick. When there is a line it would be nice to have a way to keep it if I have to run to the restroom or something. Like maybe tickets with numbers on them.
