It's difficult to say, due to the fact of how many different treatment facilities this place has been like let's give some demonstrations. The 1st time I was a patient here it cost a pretty penny but you actually had groups like enough employee that there was a closed group so weekly & just the same few people. Then still had your counselor as well as your monthly get to together. They required that you count your medication in weekly. There was enough employee so that you were in&out but also as free to make sure if you nee... read more

I really like Spokane CTC for the front desk ladies and the dosing nurses. They are very kind. I like how meetings are available to do over the phone or in person. Same as your one on ones. Most the time when I go in it's pretty quick. When there is a line it would be nice to have a way to keep it if I have to run to the restroom or something. Like maybe tickets with numbers on them. I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Wish I would have come in sooner. The staff is awesome and I feel like they actually recognize and appreciate what a person is going through. I don’t write reviews but I saw the negative ones and had to give my own opinion. Thank god there are places like this, and people, with the courage and dedication to be here for us. 6 days a week! Go team!

This clinic is a joke and staff is awful. My counsler Janet could care less about anything I'm going through and is clearly taking on more than she can handle. Be prepared to repeat everything every session and don't expect much because they are not equipped or capable of actually helping. They won't give you appropriate doses and after u make it through your 4 orientation appts, they will try to see once a month so they don't have to do as much. This is before you're able to make any progress or even get a real dosage that ... read more

It’s an OK place if you already know your treatment, tools, counselors come and go they don’t stick around I think the worst part about it is the homeless shelter across the street people I was asking you for money asking you for methadone pooping on the sidewalk. Pretty disgusting.
