All the staff are very kind and supporting.they really do the best they can.yes it can be a tad bit time consuming having to go in a few days a week but it's worth it.this one is much better than the other ones in spokane.very nice people.
When it comes down to having any kind of issues with the staff you will not be heard. I thought as the client i would have someone to advocate for me but i was wrong. Even though the staff was clearly in the wrong in this particular situation it did not matter. The supervisor to whom I brought the issue to(jamie I believe) just blindly supported the employees that were at fault. They do not have the clients best interests at heart.
Definitely not an hour wait, not EVER! In fact, I'm willing to bet that this is probably the clinic with the shortest wait times you will ever find and experience. And if waiting in line for perhaps five, ten minutes at the most, and that is an "hour wait" or even "long wait time" to you, then I respectfully call-in-to-question your ability to reason logically and rationally, not to mention ones' inability to simply tell the truth on even the most minute of matters. After being a client for a few months, I can confidently say that they're actually really great. I've never had a bad experience with them. I had to move suddenly and they called me when I didn't come in concerned. They took me through every step they could thoroughly. They just really do care here! As long as you are responsible and don't break rules though. If not then of course they get stern. But I do recommend them 100%.
If u look through these reviews u can see that things have definitely changed alot. I have been with this clinic for 6yrs now & have had no problems. But I do see the changes & can't say they were for the better 100%. Before we moved to this new location we really had a good thing going & the counselors were Wonderful. Even Tami who was the Front Desk Gal was Great to deal with when u got to know her. She was a lil harsh at times, but really could we blame her! She had to handle alot...was way different then now!
