Choosing memory care for a loved one is never easy, but this facility has given us peace of mind. The staff is warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Danielle, in particular, goes above and beyond - she is always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and treats residents and families with kindness and respect. The environment is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained (it even smells fresh every time we visit). We're so thankful for the excellent care my grandmother receives here.

Our mom was at another memory care facility on the south hill in Spokane for a while. But it just didn’t meet her needs. So we ended up taking her to Ciel of Spokane. This was the best decision we had ever made for our mom‘s care. For the 2 1/2 years that she was there before she passed the staff there absolutely cared for her, loved her, and she felt safe. I would like to extend a Heart felt, Thank you to the Staff at Ciel of Spokane.. The staff is amazing and very professional, they took wonderful care of my Grandmother, the last few years! I especially like to Thank, Kendra the Director of Nursing for her excellent care, and professionalism in answering all questions, and putting my family at ease every time we visited! Thank you for all you do!!

I am very happy with Ciel and how they treat my wife during these trying times with Alzheimer’s. All of the caregivers are very attentive and loving to all of the residents. The facility is bright and cheery and extremely clean. I also appreciate all of the activities and special occasions the staff organizes for the residents. All are designed to keep them active and their minds functioning.
