Khristian is amazing! The team is very helpful and kind. Not only am I working my muscles and making progress in physical therapy, but I'm also learning a lot about how my body works and why my muscles are acting the way they do. The team makes sure exercises are productive and tell you exactly what they do for your muscles so you don't feel like you're doing the stretches for no reason. I'm already on the path to getting better :)
I have been to other PT providers over the last few years. Spooner PT is the best I have been to. Jennifer took the time to listen to my health history, my current health care issues and understood when I told her I wanted her to push me. I explained to her that I know the limits of my body and know how far to push myself...and that I would push myself. She listened and said she would let me push but not as much as I would want. She truly cares abut her patients and making sure they meet their PT goals. If you go to Spooner ... read more
from the first call for information to a site visit to booking the therapy and now just finished my 4th session EVERYONE has been amazing! the facility is top notch and maintained spotlessly. I sure am glad I called around and then picked Spooner! Thanks Spooner!
This is our 2nd year to go to Spooner's for therapy. Last year my wife went for her 2nd knee replacement. She was very happy with the results. This year I'm going for my back & shoulder after being in a bad accident in Nov. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable. We live in Washington State & only here for a couple months each winter.
I had my 2nd hip replaced in August of this year. This is where I did my physical therapy after surgery. Anthony J. Celio, PT, DPT was amazing!! Everyone there is knowledgeable, more than competent and warm in their disposition. Their bottom line is helping you to reach your goals. My goal was to be hiking in Hawaii 2 months after surgery and I did it all thanks to Anthony! I would recommend this place highly to anyone!
After a week of back and forth with my doctor's office and repeated phone calls, the attitude from staff answering the phone made it clear this isn't the place to help with PT. "If you want to take your doctors office's word over ours" was the response when I explained my doctor had sent the referral over on more than one occasion. It was clear there was zero follow up or any skill set with customer service. Will not patronize a business that doesn't have any empathy from the receptionist down.
Front desk mannerism was a turn-off and also PT's spend only 10 minutes and gives you away to a high school tech .. who has no clue what he is doing ...
I only went a couple times because I felt I wasnt getting all of the necessary attention given the second time I was there. My physical therapist was great however the exercise part of the program was where I felt I didnt have full attention of the AID working for my physical therapist. She was more focused on my PT's other client than me and didnt even ask me how I was feeling after doing the stretches she rushed me to change a time of an appointment But made sure to remind me to call in if I'm going to miss an appointment.... read more
I was referred here by my doctor for lower back pain. I called ahead of time to set an appointment and asked how much it was going to cost me. They (Spooner) said they would call me back with the cost after they talked to my insurance company. They called me back saying it was a $60 copay. I went to two appointments and realized it was nothing more than a gym with less equipment. Then, I get a bill in the mail for additional money. Spooned is claiming it was just an estimate of $60 and insurance will not cover any of it. N... read more
