McKenna is amazing. Best physical therapist ever. She pushes me to do my best in my therapy. I have seen her for about three weeks. I have improved greatly. I highly recommend McKenna. Her physical therapy technician, Melissa, is also amazing. She had great patience in helping me do my exercises. So grateful to both of these wonderful ladies!
The facilities was very nice. Personnel at the front desk were very professional and quite helpful. I was assigned to Ty and he was excellent. He is very experienced in his field. He was able to answer all my questions but most important he was able alleviate my pain and also I now have almost normal motion in my finger that was hurt. I highly recommend this place. Kudos to all.
Lake Pleasant Spooner has the best Certified Hand Therapist - Ty P. He knows what he’s doing and knows how to do it! The staff are friendly and courteous. The facility is always clean. I would give them a 10 out of 10 stars!
I have been very pleased with care received. This was my first time using Spooner and truly appreciate the professionalism, courtesy, and kindness I received by the staff. I was very impressed with the care I received from Clayton. He answered all my questions in simple easy to understand responses and I felt very confident in his ability to perform hands-on treatment. Definitely on the top of my list for next time.
Wonderful clinic with compassionate and skilled staff! They took great care of my son, tailoring his treatment and supporting him every step of the way. I’m so grateful for their dedication and expertise!
