This was the third time I needed Spooner PT to fix this old body, but different body parts each time. Scheduling was always easy with Spooner, as was the payment options. The front desk was always courteous and professional. As far as the therapists, I couldn't praise them more. They listened to my concerns, my issues and my goals. They also gave me the tools to continue my journey towards better health.
I had knee surgery for a meniscus and ACL tear in my knee and 2 weeks later started physical therapy at Spooner in Laveen, AZ. Well, after 6 weeks of a fantastic physical therapy experience, I am back out on the running track and I feel as good as new! I highly recommend Matt and his staff. Fraudulent billing practices. They billed and collected from my in-network health insurance then turned around and put a medical lien for over $3000 dollars even tho they are only owed a few hundred in copays! Insane. Patients beware they will double bill you!
