Malia and the staff at Spooner are top tier! Everytime I walk through the door or talk to them on the phone their smile shows. Malia has been a fantastic advocate for my recovery, she makes sure I’m doing everything I can to get better but doesn’t push me when it gets to be too much. I’ve gone to physical therapy many times and in different states, and Malia and Spooner are the best. Thank you Malia and, I can’t forget Anthony, for helping me achieve my goals. You guys are the best!!!
I have never had to deal with such rude, snobby and uncaring people in the medical field especially in the healing spectrum of the medical field. Katelyn was my sons therapist and she had ZERO compassion for the fact he has an L5 Spinal Fracture (broken back) all she cared about was that he was at every session cuz if he wasn't she didn't get paid... well sometimes his back hurt to bad to move.... she never called to check up on him....instead she bans him from his getting therapy.... Spooner Sunnyslope is a great place with knowledgeable staff who have always answered all my questions or concerns. My therapist, Trent, and his assistant, Elyse (sp?) are excellent.
Started with Spooner on Dunlap in 2022 for therapy after foot surgery, it’s now 2024 and back for another go-around on same foot post surgery and now shoulder-they are all super nice, professional but funny. Kaitlin is awesome and Elle as well. Love them all ❤️
