Wendy Aviles is a horrible manager, she never in the office or answer the phone. She takes to take rent, and claims that she never got them.
In the beginning living here was great but changed when they allowed people to sub lease in the same building my family lived in. I addressed this several times with management but they did nothing at all. I had serval police reports and the fire department came out because of disturbances with the sub leasing tenants. It came to a head when one night management sent a letter to the tenant and the sub leaser read it. he became angry which meant the police had to come out. Every month and year I call to see if they have anything available and I always get denied with a attitude and it’s been like that for 4+ years I’ve herd they only look out for their own kind it’s very unfair for the people that do need housing
I’ve had a great experience living here. Management and maintenance have been very helpful. I’ve been here 3 years and have no complaints. My AC stopped working and David was on top of it , I was really worried because the temps reached 95 yesterday and my AC was fixed before the end of the day
