My mom lives there is amazing clean people r so respectful the staff r amazing that treat u like a human bean I love it but if u come with that north Philly street thug stuff the sheriff r always hear so pleas don't do that to your self
Management is very professional and respectful. The building is very clean and well maintained. It reminds me of a five star hotel. My mom lived here for 35 years and we made beautiful memories.
I did not know U had to pay electric until I got the keys, the elect bill is ridiculous with that plus the rent it is well over 30%. I had suggested that tenants get their own bill where they can pay with the flex card where we can keep the $ in our pockets,I also suggested we have meetings with mgr whereas we can voice our concerns as a group instead of it being one-sided where the Mgr is telling us what to do,like we're kids,that phase "grown once kids twice" I am grown and would like to be treated as one.
