Jorge arrived and properly introduced himself. He obviously took pride in his job and uniform. Very neat. He advised me what he was about to do and asked me if I had completed flagging my property. Went to work and carefully aerated my lawn, and when a couple of divots popped up, he took time to “repair” the spots. When he was completed, he advised me of his work. 100% professional.
Excellent service. Serviced on scheduled day. Technician ask if I had questions. He took the time to do a thorough job without shortcuts. Polite and courteous. Keep up the good work.
He did not do all of my yard and did not do a good job please do not send him back to my home
This is how the weed looks like after 5 times of service I called them 2 times they keep saying we need to set up another appointment and keep charging
Jorge took the time to listen to my concerns regarding the condition of my lawn. He explained to me what services he would be doing today ( core aeration and overseeing) and how to care for the lawn after. He also explained what to expect in terms of new growth. He completed the job quickly and cleaned up after including replacing any lawn ornaments that had been moved.
