I am pleased to recommend Spring-Green Lawn Care based on the excellent service I received from Kelly Knot. She was professional and personable. She went above and beyond. Get lawn company. Always on time and customer service is A1. I really recommend them if you want a beautiful lawn. May 2025 Updated: this is just to tell each and every customer that needs their lawn service. Pick spring green. I had an issue where I wanted a service done and there was some miscommunication. The owner called me and fix the issue himself and was very adamant on having the issue fixed. David literally came back to my home and did the service over himself!!! Kelly always does a great job. She communicates well with her arrival time as well as any new findings or recommendations for the lawn. The level of customer service she provides is always excellent
Andrew always texts me to alert me as to when he is arriving. He then asks if there are any concerns or problem areas he should give extra attention to. After he finishes he lets me know if he found anything out of the ordinary and what he did to remedy the situation. Andrew cares and understands customer service. In my opinion, he is a true asset to his company.
The technician I have now sends me a text and let me know that he is on the way and if I have any questions for him. He’s is so polite and does an excellent job. I can’t give a raise but I can give praise for the level of professionalism he gives while representing the company👍
