Seed was weak. Waited a whole season to leave this review just to give them the benefit of the doubt. The areas I had with no grass still have no grass. It also took them a week to finish arrating my yard because of their equipment failures. They asked me a few times to pay during that week before finishing the yard. About a week after they finally finished I called to pay and the old lady acted surprised, like I was trying to not pay them at all. I paid $594 for arrating and overseeding 3/4 of an acre.

I talked to Kyle on the phone regarding the amount of weeds that had shown up in our lawn. He said he would personally come out and spray today or tomorrow. He showed up that afternoon, knocked on the door, talked with me to tell what he was doing and explain it would take 7-10 days for the weed killer to work, and encouraged me to call him back if it didn’t take care of the weed problem. Outstanding customer service!
