Reached out 3 times over a span of 3 weeks and no one ever sent a quote - even spoke directly with who I was told is the boss, Bruce. Called, emailed, submitted an online request. One email was ignored, and twice I was told over the phone that I would be sent a quote and never was. (And yes, I checked my spam folder.) Really was looking forward to working with Spring Green as our first venture into professional yard services but we are going to look at DIY solutions for our pest control. I have been VERY pleased with SpringGreen's service. They were always on time and did professional work. They are the first lawn care company that I have used (there have been many), with whom I have had good communication. that has always been my biggest complaint about lawn care companies, that their communication with the customer and their own internal communication has been problematic. Never used a lawn service before so this was my first year and first service. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly best describe Bruce and Tia. They exceeded my expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend them.
Bruce does a great job and is always friendly! We were struggling with creeping Charlie and since using Bruce’s services, it, and other weeds have stayed away. Highly recommend!
Bruce does a really fine job! I have tried several others in the last 20 years and rather than say who or what I feel they did not do well I would rather just say that Bruce does good work and keeps you informed. This is my third year with him. Bruce with Spring-Green and Rihn are the folks I hear are the best. Thank you Bruce!
