They continue to raise rent even though pool isn’t open, work done everywhere. I’ve been here 20 years and no consideration for long time resident. Electric company tore up property, ,noise for 3 days, they say it’s not their fault yet I pay them to rent property. Pool needed repair for years, yet now it’s closed for repair all summer. Wasn’t open all summer past few years. It’s now run like any other corporation. Lost homey feeling. The pool picture is false. Pool isn’t open this year.
I moved into the Community in 2014 with the intention of only being here for a few years. The first couple years we seemed to go thru quite a few different community managers and a lot of repairs and maintenance issues were often left unaddressed as well as enforcement of community rules. I have been here for 10 years and there has been a person that has continuously been leaving bad reviews. She has been out of the park for a long time and those videos that she put on with her review are very old. Since 2019-2020 there have been new homes put in and therefore new people, nobody was putting a camera in to see in her house they were putting in a security camera, her neighbor's were in the middle of building their new deck, and etc. Spring lake is under new ownership now so she should know what she's talking ab... read more
Corporate Slum lords they will try to steal your trailer. They try to evict people illegally and the management is rude, unpleasant, angry, impatient. They refuse to keep there lots up but then try to fine u for everything and anything. I think anyone thinking of moving hear should really look for somewhere else. I watched them take trailor after trailor from people after increasing lot rent continuously. They are crooks. All the way up the chain!
I appreciate the attentiveness of office staff when needed and the care they have for the residents. Aside from personal needs requiring updates to my lot, and lot rent increases continuing it seems, which I wish there was more improvements seen for the price, we are happy and feel safe where we live!
