First, Our thoughts and prayers go out to those who lost their homes in the recent fires. There were a lot more negative reviews on here, but management calls and asks people to take them down as they did me. Prior to moving in I asked about the negative reviews on Google. I appreciate the attentiveness of office staff when needed and the care they have for the residents. Aside from personal needs requiring updates to my lot, and lot rent increases continuing it seems, which I wish there was more improvements seen for the price, we are happy and feel safe where we live!
Corporate Slum lords they will try to steal your trailer. They try to evict people illegally and the management is rude, unpleasant, angry, impatient. They refuse to keep there lots up but then try to fine u for everything and anything. I think anyone thinking of moving hear should really look for somewhere else. I watched them take trailor after trailor from people after increasing lot rent continuously. They are crooks. All the way up the chain!
Bought this 2015 Mobile Home in August 2017, have had terrible water problems from day 1, Mosquitoes were horrible this past summer. Can't cut the grass correctly. The water is around 3/4 of my home and all under it also. It has caused my home to shift, so a lot of my door's won't close. My front door has a 1/2" gap when it is closed and locked. To this day this water problem has not been addressed. One of my light switches stopped working aprox 2 to 3 months after we moved in, not a standard switch, so I haven't gotten it ... read more
