Highly unhappy with the new owners. Which we never were told, we also have a new manager now. They increased our rent $30 which is usually $10 a year. And we have no lease anymore. We did not have a pool last year. Pool house needs worked on. It gets better--Ive been stuck in my driveway and they haven't plowed since Sat and it Tues. I called Sat, Mon and this morning Tues at 8 am. Called back at 11 am. Let's be honest, we have no pool, no shade on playground, so slides are heated by sun. I have lived here @ Springlake for 21yrs. I love it back here, where I live. A nice quiet cultersack in the back. They have a few new trailers back here that are very nice, brand new. And ready for purchase! I just love our Manager, Jillian, if she can help you out with a situation or problem, she will do her best to help you. I have lived here at Springlake for almost 5 years now . I lived in the SectionA of the community and I can’t get over how many new trailers have gone up around my place and also how many of the older trailers have been improved by the residents. It really is a great place to live. I don’t understand why there are so many outdated pictures on here. It really is a great place to live and I can’t express enough how great Jillian is.
