I have lived here @ Springlake for 21yrs. I love it back here, where I live. A nice quiet cultersack in the back. They have a few new trailers back here that are very nice, brand new. And ready for purchase! I just love our Manager, Jillian, if she can help you out with a situation or problem, she will do her best to help you. I have lived here at Springlake for almost 5 years now . I lived in the SectionA of the community and I can’t get over how many new trailers have gone up around my place and also how many of the older trailers have been improved by the residents. It really is a great place to live. I don’t understand why there are so many outdated pictures on here. It really is a great place to live and I can’t express enough how great Jillian is. Sept. 2025 - My husband and I were looking for our new home; Jillian (Manager @ Spring Lake), did a phenomenal job of showing us the properties and amenities available. She helped us through the application process and went out of her way to supply us with the questions and information needed. We recommend her as a competent, knowledgeable, and professional manager! They continue to raise rent even though pool isn’t open, work done everywhere. I’ve been here 20 years and no consideration for long time resident. Electric company tore up property, ,noise for 3 days, they say it’s not their fault yet I pay them to rent property. Pool needed repair for years, yet now it’s closed for repair all summer. Wasn’t open all summer past few years. It’s now run like any other corporation. Lost homey feeling. The pool picture is false. Pool isn’t open this year.
