Excellent service and very affordable too! The Veterinary staff was kind and informative. They explained all the services that my little Calypso would be receiving and were respectful of my financial constraints upon our first visit. Instead of pushing me into spending more than I could afford, they were willing and flexible to schedule me for some services at a later date. My little girl left happy and healthy! Will be coming back and making this location our main provider ~
The best made my girl feel comfortable first time ever left my house and I was worried she would be so scared but she felt safe there she's my baby and I thank you so very much for the good care you did I would recommend you all to all animal lovers out there cause to owners like me my dogs are my life and best friends so again thank you all
We’ve been seeing this vet for about 5 years with our two dogs. Typically just annual visits and routine vaccinations. Two weeks ago, one of my dogs unexpectedly fractured his leg. We have received the best care since! It’s been an emotional whirlwind but the staff at Spring Valley West have been so supportive, attentive, and kind- Amanda in particular. I've gone here for a while now for all 3 of my pets, and never once have I had a bad experience, nor was I pressured for services or costs I didn't need. I recently had to put my 15yr old cat to sleep and their euthanasia process is beautiful. They were so kind and caring, they took me to a private room right away and gave me a lot of time with him, not to mention he got some good treats on his last goodbye. They're honestly incredible. After several visits, we’ve decided to switch vets due to ongoing frustrations here. One major issue is that you never actually see the vet—interactions are solely with the front desk staff and vet techs, which makes it feel impersonal. This would be more understandable if the services weren’t so expensive compared to other clinics. One particularly upsetting experience was when our dog got his paw stuck in the front door.
