After several visits, we’ve decided to switch vets due to ongoing frustrations here. One major issue is that you never actually see the vet—interactions are solely with the front desk staff and vet techs, which makes it feel impersonal. Amazing service. Needed an emergency appointment on a Friday which my regular vet was unable to accommodate due to short notice. Spring Valley was able to see my dog within 30 minutes of calling, identified the problem, and provide required services. We’re home safe. Cannot praise the staff enough. Highly recommend!
Our puppy was attacked and nearly lost her paw. This clinic is absolutely amazing and worked us in at almost closing time. Sarah and the team are truly one of a kind! This should be your ONLY choice for a vet!!
Just moved to Missouri and needed to find a new vet. Was recommended this place by our Realtor and was very happy with my experience. Their app made it easy to book an appointment, and they were very understanding and accommodating when I needed to reschedule due to the weather. The staff was very friendly to both myself and my dog.
I literally was sitting in the parking lot at the Animal Emergency clinic with my poor cat the clinic discharged at 7am with an IV and catheter still in him waiting for Spring Valley to open so I could take him there. When they finally opened I called & was placed on hold for an extended time, then told that I could bring him in but would have to pay a $500 deposit up front, for his 1st day of hospitalization, and he was an established patient there!
