⭐ 1 Star — DO NOT TRUST Spring Valley Veterinary Hospital If I could give zero stars, I would. This clinic is a disgrace to veterinary medicine. My dog was spayed here. We paid $500 for the procedure and were told everything “went great.” That was a lie. She developed post-surgery complications that were 100% related to the spay. Instead of standing behind their work, this clinic tried to bill us for their own mistakes. I had selected this pet clinic due to my vet having to close her practice. It was difficult as I had such a good rapport with my vet. I selected Spring Valley West due to the location and reviews. Once I arrived at the clinic, not one person greeted me. Finally a woman asked if this was Tanner, then instructed me to sit down and the tech would be out.
