Avoid at all costs unless you literally don't have a tent or anywhere else to go. There'd be less bugs if you slept in the grass. Roaches are back. bed bug infestation. The owners daughter manages the property. They will try to take your rent more than once in a month and will not reimburse you so if you do stay here, watch your accounts. The manager (Brooklyn) does not hold their word.
Here's to hoping you only keep canned food in your pantry and constantly take apart and clean any electronics because roaches come out of the outlets. If you don't have any yet, you do. They come and go to the different apartments through the outlets I think.
