Ruben was quite thorough in his diagnosis of our problematic water heater. After his investigation, he explained the problem with the water heater in detail and offered various solutions. He also patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommended. We also had to replace our old tank water heater with tankless water heater. The job done by Steven and Ruben was again immaculate and professional. If you have any plumbing needs, I highly recommend SPS Plumbing.

Although it took two weeks to get the reordered parts Ruben Ramirez did an outstanding job expeditiously in replacing the gas valve and burner of the water heater. Very professional technician indeed. Zero payment under warranty.
