When my nearly new hybrid heat pump water heater recently failed unexpectedly I called one of the three plumbing companies serving Sunnyvale who were specifically authorized by the manufacturer to service their water heaters. A SPS technician came to my house to repair a newly purchased AO Smith water heater due to defective burner assembly unit. I highly recommend this company because their technicians are professional and knowledgeable about their work. And they are patient when answering my questions. No hot water to use in cold winter is terrible. Now my water heater is back on working again. Very happy about it :)
SPS Plumbing are great! They helped me with a tankless water heater. At the beginning of winter my water heater broke, I called PSP plumbing because they are an authorized technical services by the brand of my water heater. Ruben came home to diagnose my device and a main part was broken. He called the brand and got extra technical help. Ruben replaced the broken part as soon as they got it. had a noticeable increase in summer gas usage when i switched out the water heater. Steven came out and checked everything; am i mean EVERYTHING! Gas pressures, gas leaks, the vent, insulation, spent time on the phone with AO Smith, asked about efficiency, standby loss, energy factor, etc. In the end it was determined even tho' the AO Smith water heater has better efficiency specs vs my previous device, it actually has lower efficiency than my previous water heater in a real life application. Ruben was quite thorough in his diagnosis of our problematic water heater. After his investigation, he explained the problem with the water heater in detail and offered various solutions. He also patiently answered all my questions. Highly recommended. We also had to replace our old tank water heater with tankless water heater. The job done by Steven and Ruben was again immaculate and professional. If you have any plumbing needs, I highly recommend SPS Plumbing.
