Very impressed with the service here. I called on Thursday to get service started in my new apartment. My tank was practically empty. I was told they probably couldn’t make it out to me till the following Monday. They made it to me next day! The customer service was exceptional and the service was quick and painless. Very friendly and knowledgeable. This is hands down the best company I’ve ever dealt with. Special thank you to Dan! I seriously appreciate you.
Squier Oil just did the install on my new furnace. Ed was great to work with, helping with the details of working with MassSave, and the installers were professional, neat and thorough. Highly recommend!
Terrible services, extremely rude and disrespectful, as well as trying to deny services after being paid stating “ I don’t think we should do business with you anymore “ as we’ve never been rude or disrespectful nor unprofessional. Don’t suggest them whatsoever unless you wanna deal with rude people.
Purchased 1500 gallons of oil and they would not come out to service my system after hours, even after offering to pay there 250$ service charge. So much for 24 hour emergency service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
ED is the worst to work with he’s completely unprofessional and disrespectful to his customers. DO NOT PURCHASE OIL FROM THEM
